1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of the CNC Machine Tool Spares website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to the specialised nature of CNC machine tool parts, slight variations may occur. All product images are for illustration purposes only. Compatibility information is provided in good faith — please verify part numbers before ordering.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our secure checkout system. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and vary by product and destination. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Digital products (manuals, parameter backups) are non-refundable once downloaded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Warranties
New parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished parts carry a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Consumable items (batteries, belts, fuses) carry a 90-day warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. We do not cover damage caused by improper installation or use.
8. Liability
CNC Machine Tool Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure correct installation by a qualified technician.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of CNC Machine Tool Spares or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
