Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include your order number and reason for return.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@cncmachinetoolspares.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll provide a return authorisation and return address
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item using a tracked service
5. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products — machine manuals, parameter backups, software licences (once downloaded)
• Custom or special-order parts manufactured to your specification
• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Consumable items where the seal has been broken (batteries, fuses)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of any damage or incorrect items to speed up the process.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional days.
